Creating amazing products & customer satisfaction are my top priorities. Each Witch’s Brew product is made to order.

Please allow 24 – 48 hours for your order to be fulfilled. All Witch’s Brew products are shipped USPS Priority mail (3 – 5 business days) & a tracking number will be e-mailed to you.

Witch’s Brew Sea Moss Gels must be refrigerated upon receipt. Products & orders containing Sea Moss are only shipped Monday – Wednesday.

Due to the nature of my business, product returns &/or exchanges are not available. If you have an issue with any of my products, please use this Contact Form to reach out to me. Please allow 24 – 48 hours for me to respond. Eye will make it my priority to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.

When temperatures exceed 70℉, shea butter & coconut oil based products may change consistency due to the heat. If melting occurs, please refrigerate until your Witch’s Brew product(s) become firm. Melting will not affect the quality of your product(s).

If any products arrive damaged, please use this Contact Form to contact me. Please include your name, order number & order date. Please take photos of the damaged product(s), shipping label & packaging. Please allow 24 – 48 hours for me to respond.

To be eligible for a replacement product, your item(s) must have been damaged in transit. (Melted products are not considered damaged).
